Do you store our LLM responses?

Only a redacted excerpt and a SHA-256 hash. Credentials, payment numbers, and personal identifiers are scrubbed before persistence; the raw response is discarded once the scan worker exits.

Which LLM providers can you scan?

Any endpoint that speaks the modern chat-completions wire format. Custom request templates can be configured for proprietary or self-hosted endpoints.

What does a finding cost?

Under EUR 0.10 per finding at scale. We use aggressive prompt caching (90% discount on cache hits) and the Batch API where SLA allows for an additional 50% reduction.

Where does the data live?

EU-based infrastructure (Germany region). Backups are age-encrypted at rest and retained for the configured window. The specific cloud vendor is disclosed by name in the customer DPA.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, self-service from the billing settings or by email to [email protected]. No long-term commitment on Starter or Business; Enterprise contracts honour the agreed term.
